All our cells are fixed with brackets to ensure the safety of the battery
Our cells are 100% sorted. Battery cells need to have similar technical parameters such as cell voltage, capacity, charge and discharge voltage platform, battery internal resistance, etc. We have many kinds of professional equipment to test and screen the cells. The voltage difference of each cell is not more than 3 mV, the internal resistance of each cell is not more than 3 milliohms, each cell is required to be free from breakage and collision, and the capacity of each cell we will partition to the best state.
All batteries are aged and tested to ensure they can work properly
We use brand cells and top Chinese Grade A cell.
All batteries have cell brackets to ensure battery safety. The interior battery is protected with silicone and heat-shrink plastic. The batteries can be used in cold and wet conditions.
We use original new brand cells, and the cells are 100% tested for appearance, capacity, voltage, and internal resistance. We conduct a strict cell sorting and grouping process before the assembly
A-All batteries are 100% aging tested after being assembled into the case
A-The battery is made by an automatic welding machine, and the quality is more stable
